The managing director of VIABLEPROJECTS, Mr. Dieter Strasser, is a personal acquaintance of Christoph Edenhauser and Markus Feistritzer. The 3 of them share the same passion for Project Management. They were also partners in an Interim Management project together. There are important synergies between VIABLEPROJECTSand VOON-Management. VIABLEPROJECTS settles for holistic approaches, stretching from potential analysis to complex strategies.
