Markus Feistritzer needs action in his daily work and the motivating force comes from his positive attitude and spontaneity. His career started many years ago as a technician. Always on the lookout for new challenges and impulses in his job, he finally found himself in adult education and business consultancy.

After completing his technical education in his hometown of Saalfelden, Christoph started working in project management. From the beginning he was interested in bringing people together.
Additional skills and ideas for his daily work were attained during his business economics studies in Innsbruck. He never lost contact with the working world. He was part of business consulting agencies and ultimately chose to start his own business. Since then he has been utilising his extensive practical experience, theoretical background and open-minded approach to people in his assignments.
For Christoph it is vital to focus on the capabilities of his counterparts. He promotes teamwork and shares his ideas and impulses with other organisations and companies. He is a family man, lives in Saalfelden and enjoys working in different countries and cultures. It is important to Christoph to maintain his inner balance and know that he can withdraw and replenish his reserves at home.

Markus Feistritzer needs action in his daily work and the motivating force comes from his positive attitude and spontaneity. One characteristic which Markus will never possess is to sit back and relax – it’s not him. His career started many years ago as a technician. Always on the lookout for new challenges and impulses in his job, he finally found himself in adult education and business consultancy.
Since his childhood he has been involved in the Scout organisation and this has taught him how groups function and how teams unite together. “The person is more important than the content”- this motto fits Markus’ professional life perfectly. Concentrating on the person, he is always searching for something fresh for himself and his company. He continually tries to re-invent himself and uses this strength to optimise added value for his customers. Although his work takes him to many parts of Europe, his home base is very important to him.
Markus grew up in the Innviertel, the western part in the state of Upper Austria, where he lives with his family in Neuhofen bei Ried/Innkreis - his home is his haven. On business trips he constantly meets new people – back at home he values his existing network.
